With new 10.0.2 update I can no longer save photos to my iphone 6s Plus photo album from my Outlook emails. Why? The photos are from my 35MM camera - never had a problem before the update. How can I fix?

The process to save attachments from mail has changed with iOS 10.
I tried that - used to do it that way. I tap and hold down - then hit the box with the arrow in it - used to bring up "Save image/video" but it is no longer an option. Now it only says "Send to Camera+" (when I try that it say can't be imported since not in a format Camera+ understands" or other choice is "Add to Icloud drive", No save image choice anymore. Pics are in same format that I've used forever.
Got it to work - the key is to LIGHTLY touch the pic. If you press hard it brings up another screen with the box with the arrow but you don't get the save the image choice then. Touch it very lightly and you can save it. Thanks for your help.
